so i watched the fifth season of skins pilot today- it’s sort of the pilot since there’s this third round of cast, so its more or less new. REFERRING STILL TO BRITISH SKINS. it’s really adorable and sad and fantastic and i’m not sure what’ll come next. check it out?
prosperity dumpling
so there’s this really great dumpling place called prosperity dumpling. it’s on 46 Eldridge Street, aka middle o chinatown, but worth the schlep. the menu is limited, focusing on their 5-for-$1 dumplings. they have a half dozen kinds or so, as well as dollar-or-so soups and sesame pancakes.
